  • Managed a team of 10 engineers and successfully delivered multiple complex projects on time and within budget, which included working with multiple 3rd party vendors.

  • Managed a team of 5 external contractors, helped them integrate with the team day to day and foster a healthy culture.

  • Code base was outsourced to India. They decided to bring it in-house and brought me on board. I took over all Apple development and had to sift through a whole lot of unknown code to get the Apple platform up to the same spec as the Windows platform.
